Murder?

The Scenario:
A woman dressed as a clown, we shall call her Clown Lady, is at a party dancing with three guys. They are the Bad Guys (TM) here, so we shall call them the Terrorists. Clown Lady's friend, who is the main focus of this, we shall call Flower child. The Terrorists drug Clown Lady and drag her off from the party to a room to rape her. Flower Child shows up with a .44 and blows away the leader of the Terrorists with multiple slugs. He then falls out a window and lands safely on a couch. The couch happens to be on fire, but that isn't the point.

I say that wasn't murder and Flower Child is perfectly safe (legally), as is Clown Lady. Any one else have any thoughts?

Any one find this scene familiar from somewhere?

Looks like I will have a few more days to travel as I transition from a really shitty job to one that is quite better. Yes, you read that right, I got the job I wanted in Napa, resulting in a 50% commute, and a 25% raise. Yes, I am pretty excited. But back to the Irvine gig, I am thinking about heading down on Wed instead of Sat, Skywalker, will you still be around then?

as to plans since the only person to suggest something was sugarmama...I say we go with her plan and can work other things in as time allows.
This is somewhat a "Still alive" post...

Been watching a fair amount of movies lately, here are my thoughts on them:

Connie and Carla - Fairly amusing. The two women could sing well and seeing David Duchoveny act like a drag queen was quality. The cocaine was hilarious as well. Grade: B+

Lord of War - Graphic. At times a little hard to watch. Quite a good movie though, Nic Cage is a terribly good actor. End of the movie redeemed the entire thing. Grade: A-

Corpse Bride - Glad I didn't pay money to see it. Animation of Victor and Emily looked exactly like Depp and Carter. Music was unrememberable. Skeleton singer was basically the same character from Nightmare, the one that is the New Orleans Jazz guy. No color but the worm, everything was grey or black (even in the land of the living). Best thing about it, which at the same time is quite a bit of a drag, was that it was 70 minutes long. Most kid movies are at least 90... Grade: C-

Fantastic 4 - I thought it was pretty entertaining. I know a lot of people hated it, but I didn't think it was all that bad. Susan Storm was somewhere between cute and hot. I thought Reed Richards was in his 40's or so, though I could be wrong about that. Fan 4 was never a comic that I read. Acting wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I think rated with other comic movies that it is about on par with Spider-Man. Which is to say better than Daredevel, but not as good as X-Men. Grade: B

Cinderella Man - Crowe got hit in the face, couldn't see anything, but gave his opponent this very scary grin. Then proceded to beat the hell out of him. Good times. Good movie, not sure why it didn't do better in the theatres. Grade: A-

Man on Fire - Again hard to watch. Good acting from Washington. Director did a good job of not revealing the end of the movie until...well...the end of the movie. Grade: B+

Stargate - I think I am going to have to procure and watch SG-1. Movie is good, though the plot is fairly simple. I love how there is a word in ancient Egyption for both Atom and Bomb. Grade: B

Ladykillers - Avoid. First movie I have ever not finished. Grade: F

Chime in...I am interested on your thoughts...

Which coding method do you prefer? Put every little logical routine into a sub function (example a), or write code into the main (example b)

a -
static final int main()
{
functionA();
functionB();
functionC();
}
private void functionA()
{
//do stuff that is logical to A
}
private void functionB()
{
while(true)
{
//do stuff that is logical to B
}
}
private void functionC()
{
//do stuff that is logical to C
}

b -
final static int main()
{
//Do stuff that could be functionalized logically into a functionA
while(true)
{
//do stuff that could be in B
}
//Do stuff that just might fit in C
}

Sorry about the indenting...kind of hard to do without putting in a table in the HTML, but I don't feel like it.
Mat Cauthon is my Hero. He put an Aes Sedai over his knee and gave her a furious spanking....WHILE 2 other Aes Sedai watched...all of them unable to do a think to him. AND...when he promised to do it again if she ever hit him again...all of the other women in the tent swore to not intervene in the slightest. That is soooooo fricken cool. :-D
